For you: what needs you today
One list of what needs you, from all your boards.
For you is one list of what needs you, from all your boards and spaces. The work stays on its board. For you only shows it in one place.
What is in it
- Items with a due date that are not done yet, from overdue to later.
- Items an agent is working on, such as Claude Code or ChatGPT, while its claim runs.
- Suggestions waiting in your Inboxes: changes an agent proposed that only you can accept or reject.
Items you marked important are flagged in the list. An important item without a due date stays on the Important page, so For you does not repeat it.
Where to find it
- In the left panel on a board: For you sits right under Dashboard. The number next to it counts what needs you now: items that are overdue or due today, and suggestions in your Inboxes.
- On the dashboard: the first five, with a link to the rest. To hide them, turn off Show For you on the dashboard in Settings > Preferences, under Board display. The left panel keeps For you either way.
- In the search box: type "for you".
- In your daily email: "Your day" opens with For you, in the same order.
The page
Everything is grouped by when: Overdue, Today, This week (until Sunday), Later and No date, by the item's due date. An item without a date that has a suggestion waiting is in Today.
There is one row per item. Each row shows what kind it is (Do this or Inbox), the title, the board, where it comes from (the due date, the agent working on it, or the Inbox) and the due date. Suggestions about the item show inside its row, for example "Claude wants to move it to Done". A suggestion to add something new has a row of its own.
Below the dates, Unsorted shows what you or your agents captured in the current space that has no board yet.
You can act without leaving the page:
- Done marks an item's due date done.
- Accept and Reject decide a suggestion, as in the board's Inbox.
- Click a title to open the item in its usual window.
Ask your agent
Your agent reads the same list. Ask it "What is on my plate" or "Handle my tasks for today". See Let your agent work your list.
