Files and images
Attach files to items, choose covers, and set board backgrounds.
Attach files to an item
- Drag files from your computer onto an item on the board.
- Or open the item, go to Attachments, and drop, choose or paste files there.
Each file can be up to 10 MB: images, PDFs, office documents, text, archives, audio and video. Images also go straight into a description: paste or drop them while you write.
The cover
An item shows its first image as its cover. In Attachments, choose Make cover on another image, or remove the cover so the item shows no image.
Download all
With two or more files on an item, Download all as zip gets them in one go, up to 100 MB together.
Board backgrounds: Fill or Fit
In the board's ⋯ menu, Change background offers a colour, a photo from Pexels, or your own image. For your own image, choose how it shows:
- Fill covers the whole board and may crop the edges. Best for photos.
- Fit shows the whole image, centred on a colour you pick. Best for logos and graphics.
Large images are made smaller when you upload them, and transparency is kept. Photos look best at 1920 by 1080 pixels or larger.
Board avatar
Change avatar in the same menu adds a small square picture next to the board's name. The image is cropped to a square.
