Session summaries
At the end of a session your AI leaves a short summary on the board: what changed, what is open and the next step. The next session, in any app, starts from the last three.
A Status page per board
See what was finished, added, in progress and overdue on a board, and who did it, ready for a status report.
A calmer dashboard
For you first, then boards shared with you, then your own boards.
Decisions on one line
A decision shows as one compact line under the item's title, and the Inbox no longer fills up with decision requests.
Guests see the full board
Every guest gets the same board screen as the owner, with the calendar and table views, whatever the role.

Settings in a new order
Connect your AI comes first in Settings, and the developer settings come last.
Decisions
Mark an item as a decision. Only a person confirms it: your AI can write one down and ask you to confirm it. Every AI you connect reads the confirmed decisions.
Freedom levels and the Inbox
Decide how much your AI may change on its own, for your account or per board. What the level does not allow waits in the board's Inbox for you to accept or reject.
Who did what, and undo
Every change shows who made it: you, or which AI. Undo an agent's change from the board's History.
Documents with versions
An item can hold a longer document. Every save is a version you can view, compare or restore.
Comments on a passage
Select text in a document or a PDF and comment on it, or pin a comment to a spot on an image. Resolve a comment when it is dealt with.
Agents take turns
On Pro, an agent asks for the next item and claims it, so two agents never take the same work. You see which agent is working on what.
Your agent works your list
Say "handle my tasks for today" and your AI does what it can, asks what it needs, and reports back.

One place for what needs you across all your boards: requests, mentions, due and important items, and your agents' suggestions.
Requests and mentions
Ask someone on your board to do, look at, answer or approve something, and mention people in comments with @.
Guests on a board
On Pro, invite a client or a freelancer to one board to view, comment or edit, with an end date if you like.
Spaces
Group your boards into spaces, like desktops: one for home, one for work.
Unsorted
What you or your AI capture without a board waits in Unsorted, and your AI can suggest where it goes.
One daily email
At the hour you pick: what waits for you, what is due, and what other people and agents changed.
Due dates in your calendar
A private link puts items with a due date in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Connect in one sentence
Paste one sentence into your AI and it sets up Listspace for you, or tells you exactly what to click.
Board templates
A gallery of free templates by category, from a CRM to a content calendar to groceries.
Export an item
Download any item or document as Markdown, PDF or Word, or send it by email.
File previews and versions
Open PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and text files in the app, and upload a new version of a file instead of a second copy.
Import from a CSV file
Make a board from a CSV file, with a preview of how the columns map.
Two-step sign-in
Add a second step with an authenticator app, with recovery codes, or sign in with a code sent to your email.
Link previews
A link in an item shows its title, image and site. For a book you also get the ISBN, the authors and a summary.

Add Listspace to Claude or ChatGPT and sign in with your Listspace account. No token to copy.
