Listspace, project memory for your AI
Your AI forgets.
Listspace remembers.
Stop re-explaining your project to AI. One board your assistants read at the start of every chat, and keep up to date while you work.
Works with ChatGPT and Claude, and with coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor.
Paste this into your AI. No code to write.
Set up Listspace for me: listspace.app/connectListspace is invite-only while it is in beta. When the beta ends, it opens to everyone. Until then, join the waitlist. We invite people from the waitlist regularly. Have an invite? Sign up
Not working with AI agents? Listspace works great on its own too.
Also works with Gemini, Grok and these apps:
and 6 more appsLogos and product names belong to their owners. Listspace isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
- Each AI app keeps its own memory, apart from your other tools, and it can't tell what still holds.
- You paste the same project notes into Claude, then ChatGPT, then Claude Code.
- Last week's ideas and bugs sit in last week's chat, where your other tools can't reach them.
Listspace keeps the project in one place, so every agent starts where the last one stopped.
How it works
Three steps. Then your agent keeps the board, not you.
- 1
Paste one sentence into your AI
Set up Listspace for me: listspace.app/connectYour AI installs Listspace or tells you the clicks. You sign in once.
- 2
It starts a project board
Ask your agent to start a board for your project. It can use the project template: Project info, Docs, Ideas, Bugs, Roadmap, To do, Doing and Done.
- 3
It keeps the board up to date
While you work, the agent adds ideas and bugs and moves items along. In the next chat, the agent reads the board first, so you do not explain the project again.
No code to write
Under two minutes.
- You: Set up Listspace for me: listspace.app/connect
- AI: I can't add a connector myself, so here are the clicks. The address is https://mcp.listspace.app. 1. In Claude, open Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors. Click + Add, then Add custom connector. 2. Type Listspace as the name and paste the Listspace address in the address field. Click Continue. Claude shows how you will sign in. Leave everything as it is (Sign in now and Use Claude's published identity) and click Add. If Claude then shows a Connect button, click it. 3. A sign-in window opens. Click Sign in with your Listspace account and sign in. No account yet? During the invite-only beta you need an invite to sign up, so join the waitlist first. Then click Continue as with your name, and Allow. Listspace is now in your list of connectors in Claude.
- You: Done.
- New chat, with Listspace switched on under Connectors
- You: Set up Listspace for me: listspace.app/connect
- AI: Listspace is connected. Shall I make a board for what you are working on?
- You: Yes, for my recipe app.
- AI: Done: Recipe app is ready. I'll keep it up to date while we work.
Curious what your AI follows? It is all on listspace.app/connect. Rather click through it yourself? Follow the step-by-step setup, no technical words. New to this? Start with Claude, which works on the free plan. ChatGPT works with Plus or a higher plan, not with the free plan.

Agent access
Your agent does the work. You keep the controls.
Pick how much your agents may do on their own, for your whole account or per board. New accounts start at Capture, the highest level on Free. Act and Full come with Pro. Agents never delete your items, lists, boards or files, and never change their own level.
- 1
Read only. Agents can read your boards and change nothing.
- 2
Suggest. Every change waits in the Inbox for you.
- 3
Capture (default). Agents add ideas, bugs and notes. Other changes wait in the Inbox.
- 4
Act. ProAgents work on items and lists. Completing and archiving wait in the Inbox.
- 5
Full. ProAgents change anything they can, including completing and archiving. They never delete items, lists, boards, comments or files, and every change is logged.
The Inbox
When a change needs your yes, it waits in the board's Inbox with the agent's reason. Accept it, send it to another list, or reject it with a note.
Who did what
Every item keeps its history, with the name of whoever made each change: you, Claude, or another agent.
Decisions
A board that knows what is still true.
Listspace knows which decisions on a board are still true. Your AI can write a decision down and suggest a change, but only a person confirms it, never an agent. Confirm with one click on the board, in Claude Code, or from your daily email. You can switch decisions off per board.
Your AI remembers what you decided
At the start of every chat, your AI reads the confirmed decisions on the board. You do not have to repeat what you already agreed.
Only you confirm a decision
Your AI can write a decision down and ask you to confirm it. It stays Proposed until a person says yes. No agent can confirm one, at any agent access level.
A change of mind stays visible
When you replace a decision, the old one stays on the board as Replaced, and its History keeps your reason if you gave one. You can always see what changed, who decided and when.
Every AI follows the same decisions
Claude, ChatGPT and your other AI apps read the same confirmed decisions, so they all work from what you agreed.
For example: you build a website for a client. On a call you agree to move the launch from October 20 to November 3, because the new photos are not ready. You tell Claude, Claude writes the new date down, and you confirm it with one click. The October date stays on the board as Replaced, with the reason. A week later you ask ChatGPT to draft the launch email. It reads the board first, so it says November 3.
One board for all your agents
Not a second brain. A shared one.
Claude in the morning, ChatGPT at lunch, Cursor in the evening: all of them read and update the same board. Your project memory isn't locked into one AI company. Export the whole board as plain Markdown, any time.
Plan the launch in ChatGPT. The plan lands on the board as items in Roadmap and To do.
Build in Claude Code. It reads the same board, picks up the next item and moves it to Done.
Open the board and see where things stand. Every change shows who made it.
Connect
Three ways to connect. Pick the one your agent supports.
Connector
Add Listspace to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor and sign in. Other AI apps that support MCP connect with a token.
Connect your agentAPI
A REST API with a personal token, for your own scripts and tools. The same boards, lists and items.
API referenceSkill, CLI and plugin
A skill for your agent and a Claude Code plugin, installed from GitHub. For agents in a terminal, the command line tool is on npm: npx listspace login, then npx listspace boards.
Get the skillFeatures
Not another kanban board. The one your agents keep.
Items
One item per idea, bug or task, with a checklist, due date, labels, files and comments.
Lists and boards
A board per project, a list per stage. Drag an item to the next list when it moves on.
Project templates
Start a board from a template, or let your agent do it. Save any board as your own template.
Inbox
Changes your agents suggest wait here until you accept or reject them.
For you
What needs you across all your boards, in one list: due and important items, suggestions, requests and mentions.
Unsorted
What your agents capture without a board waits here, with their suggestion for where it goes.
Requests and mentions
Ask someone on your board for a task, a look, an answer or an approval, and mention people in comments.
History
Every item shows what changed, when, and who did it: you or which agent.
Live updates
Changes from an agent show on your open board without a refresh.
Table and calendar views
See a board as a sortable table, or its items by due date on a calendar.
Export
Download one board or all of them as Markdown, CSV or JSON, whenever you like.
Email to board
Coming soonForward an email and it becomes an item.
Without agents
No AI needed. Listspace is a board app on its own too.
Make boards, lists and items yourself, and move items along as the work does. Connect an agent later, or never.
Boards, lists and items
A board per project, a list per stage and an item per task, with a checklist, due date, labels, files and comments.
How it worksTable and calendar views
See a board as a sortable table, or its items by due date on a calendar. Due dates can show in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook too.
How it worksSharing
Share a board as a read-only link, with a password if you like, or on Pro invite guests to view, comment or edit it. Turn the link off at any time.
How it worksTemplates
Start a board from a template for sales, clients, your work or your week, or save your own.
How it works
Use it for
Projects you work on with an agent. And the lists you keep anyway.
Builders
Claude Code or Codex logs the bugs it finds and the ideas you mention, and moves items to Done when they ship.
Founders
Plan the roadmap in ChatGPT, build in Claude Code, and confirm your decisions on the board, so every agent works from the same ones.
Writers and students
Keep research, drafts and deadlines on a board your assistant reads before it helps.
Daily life
Ask ChatGPT to put milk on the shopping list or a book on the reading list. The list is there when you open it.
Built this way
We build Listspace this way too.
Claude Code keeps our own project board up to date while we work: the ideas, the bugs, what is in progress and what shipped. The board is public and read-only.

FAQ
Questions

How Listspace compares with Trello, Jira, Notion and the memory built into ChatGPT and Claude.
What is project memory?
An AI app keeps its memory to itself: your other tools and agents never see it, and it can't tell what still holds. Project memory is a place outside the chat where the project lives: its ideas, bugs, to-dos, decisions and what is done. In Listspace that is a board. Your agents read it at the start of a chat and update it while you work, so the next chat picks up where the last one stopped.
Which agents work with Listspace?
Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor connect by signing in with your Listspace account. Other AI apps can connect with a personal token from Settings, and developers can use the API. Claude works on the free plan. ChatGPT works with Plus or a higher plan, not with the free plan.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each board is private unless you invite a guest to it or share it through a read-only link. Your account and boards are stored on our own server in the EU, and files in Cloudflare R2 in the EU. An agent only sees your boards after you connect it, and you can disconnect it at any time. How we keep your data safe is at listspace.app/trust.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Listspace runs no AI models itself, never uses your data to train AI models and never sells it. Only the providers that run the service, listed in the privacy policy, process it for us. When you connect an agent such as Claude or ChatGPT, that agent reads what you allow under its own provider's terms, which Listspace has no control over.
What is agent access?
Agent access sets how much your agents may do on their own, for your account or per board. 1 Read only: agents change nothing. 2 Suggest: every change waits in the Inbox. 3 Capture, the default and the highest level on Free: agents add ideas, bugs and notes, and other changes wait in the Inbox. 4 Act, with Pro: agents work on items and lists, and completing and archiving wait. 5 Full, with Pro: agents change anything they can, including completing and archiving, and every change is logged. No agent can delete your items, lists, boards, comments or files, or change its own level.
What are decisions?
A decision is an item that says what you agreed on, such as a price, a date or the scope of a project, and why. It starts as Proposed. Only a person can confirm it: your AI can write a decision down and ask you to confirm it, but never confirms one itself. At the start of every chat your AI reads the confirmed decisions, so every AI you use works from the same ones. When you change your mind, the old decision stays on the board as Replaced, and its History keeps your reason if you gave one. You can switch decisions off per board, in the board menu.
Is it free?
Yes. Listspace is free to start, with no credit card. On Free your AI works up to level 3, Capture. Pro, where your AI can also work at levels 4 and 5, is €7.99 a month, or €6.99 a month paid yearly, VAT included. The first 100 paying customers get 50% off for as long as they keep Pro. You only pay if you choose Pro yourself. There is no AI fee: your AI runs on the plan you already pay for.
How do I get access?
Listspace is invite-only while it is in beta. When the beta ends, it opens to everyone. Until then, join the waitlist. We invite people from the waitlist regularly. The waitlist is at listspace.app/waitlist. If you have an invite, sign up with the link in your invite email. People who already have an account sign in as usual.
How is this different from Trello?
Both use boards, lists and items. Listspace is made for your AI to read and keep up to date: it reads the whole board at the start of a chat, updates it while you work, and you decide per board how much it may do on its own. Every change shows who made it, you or which AI. You can import a Trello board from its JSON export.
Can I leave whenever I want?
Yes. Settings has an export of all your boards as Markdown, CSV or JSON if you want a copy. Deleting your account in Settings removes your boards, items and uploaded files for good.
