Export your boards

Download one board or all of them as CSV or JSON.

Your data is yours. You can download it at any time, as often as you like.

One board

Open the board's ⋯ menu (Board settings) and choose Export board.

All your boards

Open Settings, then Export. This downloads every board you own, archived ones included.

CSV or JSON

• Download CSV: one row per item, for Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
• Download JSON: everything, with lists, groups, items, descriptions, labels, checklists, comments and attachment links.

Archived lists and items are included and marked as archived. The file is made in your browser and saved with the board name and the date.

Files

An export holds links to your files, not the files themselves. To download the files of one item, open its Attachments tab and choose Download all as zip.
