Unsorted

Catch what belongs to no board yet, and let your assistant sort it.

Unsorted holds things you or your agents captured that don't have a board yet. An agent can suggest the right board; you decide.

Find it

Each space has its own Unsorted. It shows as a section in For you as soon as the first item lands in the space, with how many items wait. The space switcher in the top bar picks the space.

Add an item

Type in Add to Unsorted at the top of the section and press Enter. Your assistant can also capture items there when it does not know the board, with who sent them.

Emailing to Unsorted is coming later, together with email to a board.

Sorting

Your assistant reads the boards of the space, their descriptions and instructions, and picks a board for each item, with a reason.

  • At freedom level 4 (Act) or 5 (Full) on that board, the item goes straight onto the board. It shows in the board's history, and undo takes it back.
  • At a lower level, the proposal waits. It shows on the item in Unsorted and in that board's Inbox: Accept puts it on the board, Reject leaves it in Unsorted.
  • When your assistant is unsure, the item stays in Unsorted.

You can always sort by hand: choose Move to board..., pick a board and a list, and choose Move. Or delete the item.

Your corrections teach your assistant

When you move an item yourself to another board than the one proposed, or reject a proposal, Listspace keeps a short routing hint for the space, such as: Messages from ana@example.com go to the board "CRM". Your assistant reads these hints before it sorts, so the same mistake does not come back.

Only you see the Unsorted items of your spaces.
