Pro, pausing and founders

Subscribe, pause, resume, and what the founder price means.

Pro lets your agents work at levels 4 (Act) and 5 (Full). Everything about your plan is in Settings, then Plan and billing. Stripe takes the payment and sends your receipts; your statement shows Link.

Pause Pro

Choose Pause Pro and confirm. Nothing more is charged. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: your boards, items and settings all stay, and your agents keep working at the levels Free allows.

Resume Pro

While Pro is paused and the period has not ended, choose Resume Pro. It renews again at the price you pay now. After the period has ended, Resume Pro starts a new checkout.

Founders

Founders are the first 100 paying customers. They help Listspace grow and pay 50% less for life. Plan and billing shows how many founder spots are left once paid plans are open.

• You become a founder with your first payment. Free months from an invite do not count yet: the spot is held for you, and your first payment after them is at the founder price.
• If you pause, you keep the founder price and the badge for 6 months after Pro stops. Resume within that time to keep them.
• A full refund within 14 days of your first payment gives the spot back to the next person.

Your profile page at listspace.app/@username shows a Founder badge, and nothing else about your plan.

Switch, invoices, payment method

Manage billing opens Stripe's billing page. There you switch between monthly and yearly, change your payment method, download invoices or cancel. The details are in the Terms, section 11, Paid plans.
