Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Listspace

Once they are connected, you can ask Claude or ChatGPT to add things to your lists, read them back and tick them off. It takes about five minutes, and you only do it once. Pick the app you use.

Add Listspace to Claude

Before you start

  • A Claude account. The free plan works: it can add one app of your own like this.
  • Claude on the web at claude.ai, or the Claude desktop app. You only do this once; it then works in both.
  1. 1

    Open Connectors

In Claude, open Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors.

  2. 2

    Add a custom connector

Click + Add, then Add custom connector.

  3. 3

Name it and paste the address

Type Listspace as the name. Paste this address in the address field, then click Continue.

    https://mcp.listspace.app
  4. 4

    Keep the sign-in settings

Claude shows how you will sign in. Leave everything as it is (Sign in now and Use Claude's published identity) and click Continue, then Add.

  5. 5

    Sign in with Listspace

A Listspace window opens. Sign in with your Listspace account, or create one there. Then click Continue as with your name, and Allow.

  6. 6

    Done

Listspace is now in your list of connectors in Claude.

Try it

Start a new chat. Click the + button at the bottom left of the message box, then Connectors, and check that Listspace is switched on. Then type:

Add "buy milk" to my shopping list

Then open Listspace: the item is on your shopping list. No shopping list yet? Your assistant tells you, and you can ask it to make one.

  • The first time, Claude asks before it changes anything in Listspace. Click Always allow if you do not want to be asked each time.
  • To remove Listspace later, go back to Customize, then Connectors.
  • Using Claude at work on a Team or Enterprise plan? An owner of your workspace adds connectors for everyone.

Stuck?

Write to hello@listspace.app and say where it stopped. Using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another tool? The full setup guide has those, and Works with lists every app that can connect.
