Group your boards, like desktops: one for home, one for work.

Spaces group your boards, like desktops. Every board is in one space. Your account starts with one space, Personal, that holds all your boards.

Switch spaces

The space switcher sits next to the logo in the top bar. Pick a space there. The dashboard, the boards sidebar and new boards follow the space you are in.

Make and manage spaces

In the space switcher, choose New space and give it a name, such as Work or Holiday. Manage spaces lets you rename a space, change its colour, change the order, or delete it. When you delete a space, its boards move to another space first, so nothing else is deleted. Your only space cannot be deleted.

Move a board

Open the board's ⋯ menu and choose Move to space, or use the move button on the board's tile on the dashboard. Its lists and items go with it.

Search looks in the current space. In the search box and in the full results you can switch to All spaces. The search box can also switch spaces: type the name of a space. The Important page always shows all spaces.
