Let your agent work your list

Say "handle my tasks for today" and let your agent do the work.

You start it, your agent does the rest. There is nothing to set up: no setting, no schedule. It works with any assistant connected to Listspace (see Connect Claude or ChatGPT).

What your agent does

1. It reads your list: For you for today (what is overdue or due today), or the list you named.
2. It skips what needs you: approvals, calls, payments, signatures and decisions only you can make.
3. It claims each item it can do. The item shows that the agent is working on it, and other agents leave it alone.
4. It does the work, comments on the item what it did, and moves it along: to Done, or its due date marked done.
5. When it needs your answer, it does not stop and wait. It asks in the board's Inbox and goes on with the next item. The question shows in your For you.
6. It ends with a short report: done, waiting for you, and skipped and why.

What it may change

Your freedom levels still apply (The Inbox and freedom levels). At level 4 (Act) it claims and moves items, and finishing an item waits in your Inbox. At level 5 (Full) it finishes items too. Below level 4 it cannot claim items, so its changes wait in the Inbox for you.

In Claude

Assistants that show prompts from their connections, such as Claude, also list Work my list from Listspace. Pick it, and add what to work on if you like, for example To do on the website board.
