Listspace vs Asana
Asana is made for teams that plan and track work together, with shared projects, tasks and status updates. Listspace is made for one person or a small team working with AI agents on the same board. For a company-wide rollout, Asana is the stronger tool.

Working with AI, in plain words
Asana brings AI into a team's shared projects, and its connector lets Claude, ChatGPT and coding agents create and update tasks. That suits a team that already lives in Asana.
Listspace starts from the other side: one person and the AI agents working next to them. Your AI reads the board when a chat starts, keeps it up to date while you work, and leaves a summary at the end, so the next chat in any app picks up from there.
You decide how far that goes. A freedom level per board sets what an agent changes on its own, and the rest waits in the board's Inbox. Decisions only count once a person confirms them.
Try it with your own AI
Listspace is free to start. Connect Claude or ChatGPT, and ask it to make a board for what you are working on.
