Listspace vs ClickUp
Listspace is a simple board, free to start, that you and every AI you use keep up to date. You decide what each agent may change, and decisions stay on the board once you confirm them. ClickUp puts tasks, docs, whiteboards, chat and its own AI, Brain, in one app with many views. If you want one app for all of a team's work, ClickUp covers more.

Working with AI, in plain words
ClickUp brings its own AI, Brain, into your workspace, with Super Agents for bigger jobs, paid for with AI credits. Its MCP server lets the major AI apps search and update your tasks with your permissions, with a daily limit unless you have Everything AI. For a team that keeps all its work in ClickUp, that fits well.
Listspace starts from the AI you already use. Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor connect through Listspace's MCP server, which asks them to read the board when a chat starts, keep it up to date while you work, and leave a short summary at the end, so the next chat in any of those apps picks up from there.
You decide how far that goes. An agent access level per board, from Read only to Full, sets what an agent changes on its own, and everything else waits in the board's Inbox for you to accept or reject. Decisions, like a price or a launch date, only count once a person confirms them, and every AI you connect follows the confirmed ones.
Moving over is one step. Listspace imports a Trello board from its JSON export, a Notion database from its export, Obsidian notes, or a CSV file.
Try it with your own AI
Try Listspace if ClickUp is more than you need: a simple board, free to start, that your AI keeps up to date while you decide what it may change.
Listspace is free to start. Connect Claude or ChatGPT, and ask it to make a board for what you are working on.
