The Inbox and freedom levels

You decide how much agents may do. The rest waits for you in the Inbox.

Every agent works at a freedom level from 1 to 5. A change the level does not allow is not lost: it waits in the board's Inbox as a suggestion, and you decide.

The five levels

1. Read only: agents can read, not change anything.
2. Suggest: every change waits in the Inbox for you.
3. Capture: agents add ideas, bugs and notes, checklist items and new boards. Other changes wait in the Inbox.
4. Act: agents work on items and lists. Completing, archiving and moving to a done list wait in the Inbox.
5. Full: agents change anything they can, and every change is logged.

New accounts start at level 3. Agents never delete anything, and never change levels, instructions, share links, email addresses or tokens.

Set the level

• For your account: open Settings, then Agents, and pick a Default freedom level. It saves at once.
• For one board: open the board's ⋯ menu and choose Agent access. Pick a level, or Use account setting to follow your account.

A change counts from the agent's next request.

The Inbox

When suggestions wait, an Inbox column shows on the left of the board. Each suggestion says what the agent wants to do and why. Choose Accept, Pick another list to put it somewhere else, or Reject. When you reject, you can leave a note for the agent.

The Agents button on the board shows how many suggestions wait. Its window has the same Inbox, where you can accept or reject several at once. Suggestions expire after 30 days.

Who did what, and undo

The Activity tab in the Agents window lists every change on the board, newest first, with who made it. An item's History tab says the same per item. You can Undo a change an agent made for 30 days.
