Important items and lists

Flag what matters and see it from all your boards on one page.

Mark the items that matter most, and find them all in one place.

Mark something important

• An item: hover over it and click the flag, or click the flag button at the bottom of its window.
• A list: click the flag in the list's header buttons. All its items then count as important.

The Important page

Choose the flag button (Important items) in the top bar, or type "important" in the search box. It shows your important items from all your boards and spaces, grouped by board and list, with their due dates. Archived items and boards are left out.

Click the flag again, on the item or on the page, to unmark it. A list you marked has an Unmark list button on the page.

Agents can mark items important too, within their freedom level.

The flag is for important items and lists. The yellow star is for boards: it adds a board to your Starred boards on the dashboard.
