Listspace for content creators and social media freelancers
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Listspace and run each client's social media on a board of its own: the voice and rules, ideas, drafts, what is approved, what is scheduled and what each post did. Your AI drafts the posts, the client comments on each draft, and nothing goes out until you approve it in the board's Inbox.
Your AI app does remember things. But that memory lives inside one app, you cannot easily see or correct it, and it does not know what still holds and what was replaced. One client's voice should not leak into another's, and you should not have to explain it again in every app. On a board, each client's voice, drafts and results are in one place you can read and correct, and every AI you connect works from it.
What the board looks like
Start from a template. It sets up the lists and tells your AI how to keep the board up to date. Rename or add lists as you like.

From draft to published
- Your AI drafts in Drafting: one item per post, with the exact text, the channel as a label, the publish date as the due date and the time on the first line.
- The client, invited to the board as a guest with the Comment role, reads the drafts and the Calendar view and comments. Your AI revises the drafts from the comments.
- You approve. Your AI sends the move to Ready to post to the board's Inbox, and your Accept is the approval to publish. Nothing outside Ready to post goes out.
- Your AI schedules the approved post through your posting tool, with the exact text and date, and notes the scheduled time on the item. Listspace itself posts and schedules nothing.
- When the post is out, the link goes on the item. About a week later your AI adds the numbers from your posting tool, and writes what it learned in Voice and rules.
What your AI does
- Drafts posts in the client's voice from Voice and rules, one item per post, and revises a draft when the client comments on it.
- Plans the month: each post's publish date is its due date, so it shows in the Calendar view and in your own calendar, with one calendar link per client board if you like.
- Schedules only what you approved, through a posting or scheduling app it is also connected to, and adds the scheduled time and the link to the post as comments.
- Reads each post's numbers in that app about a week later and adds them to the item. It never estimates numbers it does not have.
Your clients, and your approval
- On Pro, invite the client to the board as a guest with the Comment role, one of up to 5 guests per board, without a paid seat. The client sees the drafts and the Calendar view, and comments.
- A guest sees that one board and nothing else of yours, and cannot use the board's Inbox, so only you approve a post.
- Keep Agent access on these boards at Capture (3): your AI adds ideas, drafts and comments on its own, and every move waits in the Inbox.
- Your daily summary email lists the posts due today and what waits in your Inboxes.
- History shows every change and who made it, you or which AI, and you can undo an AI's change there.
- Your boards and files are stored in the EU, on every plan, Free included.
- Listspace never uses your data to train AI models, and runs no AI models itself.

Questions
Does Listspace post to social media?
No. Listspace does not post or schedule anything. Your AI schedules an approved post through a posting or scheduling app it is also connected to, for example Postiz, an open source social media scheduler with its own MCP server. Your AI uses both; Listspace has no integration with any of them. Listspace is the memory, the approval and the record: the draft, your OK, the scheduled time, the link and the numbers.
How does the client see and react to the drafts?
On Pro, invite the client to the board as a guest with the Comment role, one of up to 5 guests per board. The client reads the drafts and the Calendar view and comments on each one. The approval to publish stays with you: a guest cannot use the Inbox.
Which Agent access should these boards have?
Capture, level 3. Your AI then adds ideas, drafts and comments on its own, and every move waits in the Inbox, so no post reaches Ready to post without your click. The Social content template also tells your AI to send that move to the Inbox at any level.
Can I see every client's posts in my calendar?
Yes. A post's publish date is its due date. Turn on one calendar link for all your boards, or one per client board, and add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. The board's Calendar view shows the same plan.
Where do the channel, the publish time and the post link go?
Listspace has no custom fields yet, so for now each one has a place of its own. The channel is a label, the status is the list the item is in, the publish date is the due date, the publish time is the first line of the text, and the link to the post and its numbers are comments on the item.
Start with your own board
Listspace is free to start. Connect Claude or ChatGPT, and ask it to make a board from the Social content template.
Listspace also works without an AI: make the boards, add items and move them along yourself.
