Listspace for writers

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Listspace and keep your writing on a board: ideas, pitches, drafts and what is out. Your AI turns notes into pitches and drafts, saves them as documents on the board, and keeps your deadlines current.

Your AI app does remember things. But that memory lives inside one app, you cannot easily see or correct it, and it does not know what still holds and what was replaced. The outline you worked out in ChatGPT is not there when you open Claude, and neither app knows which draft your editor approved. On a board, every draft is a document with its versions, in one place every AI you connect reads.

What the board looks like

Start from a template. It sets up the lists and tells your AI how to keep the board up to date. Rename or add lists as you like.

What your AI does

  • Turns rough notes into a pitch, saved as a document in the story's item.
  • Keeps the draft as one document and saves each change as a version, so you can compare two versions and go back to one.
  • Reads the style notes you keep on the board, in every AI app you connect.
  • Puts each deadline and publish date on the item, so it shows in the calendar view and, through the calendar feed, in your own calendar.

Your drafts

  • Your boards and files are stored in the EU, on every plan, Free included.
  • Listspace never uses your data to train AI models, and runs no AI models itself.
  • The AI you connect reads what you allow it, under its own maker's terms, which Listspace does not control.
  • Agents never delete your items, lists, boards, comments or files.
  • History shows every change and who made it, you or which AI, and you can undo an AI's change there.

Things to ask your AI

Once Listspace is connected, type these in Claude, ChatGPT or any AI app you connect. The names are examples.

  • Make a board for my newsletter and blog from the Content calendar template
  • Turn my notes on the car-free town into a pitch and save it on my pitches board
  • Move the car-free town story to Commissioned, due November 20
  • Rewrite the intro of the draft to fit my style notes, and save it as a new version
  • What is due on my content calendar in the next two weeks?

Questions

Is my writing used to train AI?

Listspace never uses your content to train AI models, and runs no AI models itself. The AI you connect reads what you allow it under its own maker's terms; check those for your plan.

Can I publish from Listspace?

No. Listspace keeps the plan, the drafts and the dates. You publish in your own tools, and add the live link to the item.

Start with your own board

Listspace is free to start. Connect Claude or ChatGPT, and ask it to make a board from the Content calendar template.

Listspace also works without an AI: make the boards, add items and move them along yourself.
