Projects in Claude give a set of chats their own files, instructions and memory, with nothing to set up. Listspace is a board that Claude and every other AI you use read and keep up to date. If you only use Claude, projects may be all you need.

Working with AI, in plain words
A project is the memory of one assistant. That is fine for your own preferences and reference files. A project's state changes every day, though: what is done, what is next, what you decided. You want that in one place that every AI reads.
Listspace is that place. Claude reads the board at the start of a chat and updates it while you work. Open ChatGPT or a coding agent the next day, and it starts from the same board and the summary the last session left.
It is not either-or. Listspace is a connector you add to Claude, next to whatever else you use there. What Listspace adds is the shared part: freedom levels and an Inbox for what your AI may change, and decisions that only a person confirms.
