Project memory for

You don't need a better project tool. You need one that updates itself.

Work with your AI as you already do, alone or with your team. It updates the board as you go, and every next chat starts from there.

Works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok.

Paste this into your AI. No code to write.

Set up Listspace for me: listspace.app/connect

Listspace is invite-only while it is in beta. When the beta ends, it opens to everyone. Until then, join the waitlist. We invite people from the waitlist regularly. Have an invite? Sign up

Not working with AI agents? Listspace works great on its own too.

Also works with coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor, app builders like Bolt.new and Lovable, and these apps:

  • Notion
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Manus
  • VS Code with GitHub Copilot
  • Devin Desktop (formerly Windsurf)
  • Zed
  • Cline
  • Goose
  • Gemini CLI
  • Replit Agent
  • Mistral Le Chat

One board for the whole team

Your team, their AIs, one board. Everyone starts from the same page.

Invite your team or a client to a board. Each person works with their own AI, and every AI reads and updates the same board. A decision someone confirms is the one every AI works from, and every change shows who made it.

How teams and guests work

  • You

You confirm a decision on the board: "Use the client's own photos". From then on, every AI on the board works from it.

  • Your colleague

Asks Claude what is left this week. Claude answers from the same board, and already knows about the photos.

  • Your client, as a guest

Comments on the new design. Your AI picks it up in your next chat.

Keep the thread, not the paperwork. What stops happening when your AI keeps the board.

Who Listspace is for

Made for people who run projects. With an AI at their side.

  • People who build with AI

Claude Code, Cursor and Codex pick up the next item, say they are on it and report back.

  • Freelancers and agencies

A board per client, with the client as a guest. Your AI works from what the client approved, not from whatever came up in a chat.

  • Anyone who plans with AI

Ideas from ChatGPT on your phone, plans from Claude at your desk. One place for all of it.

Lawyers, accountants, writers, researchers and more

What makes Listspace different

Built for you and your AI. Not a board with AI added on.

  • Built for AI agents firstYour AI reads and keeps the board over MCP or the API. You set their access from level 1 to 5, and a claim keeps two agents off the same item.

  • Decisions your AI can't overruleBuilt on Constance. Your AI can propose a decision, but only you confirm it, and it can't change one you confirmed.

  • Bring the AI you already useClaude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP apps. Listspace runs no AI of its own, so there is no AI tax.

  • Your OK where it mattersWhat your AI may not change on its own waits in the Inbox, and you can undo an agent's change for 30 days.

  • Readable by any AIAdd .md to a public board's link and it is plain text, for any AI that reads links. The site has an llms.txt too.

  • Safe, and in the EUYour boards are on our server in Germany and your files in the EU. Agents never delete your items, lists, boards, comments or files.

How it works

Three steps. Then your AI keeps the board, not you.

  1. 1

Paste one sentence into your AI

Set up Listspace for me: listspace.app/connect

Your AI installs Listspace or tells you the clicks. You sign in once.

  2. 2

    It starts a project board

Ask your AI to start a board for your project. It can use the project template: Project info, Docs, Ideas, Bugs, Roadmap, To do, Doing and Done.

  3. 3

It keeps the board up to date

While you work, the agent adds ideas and bugs and moves items along. In the next chat, the agent reads the board first, so you do not explain the project again.

No code to write

Under two minutes.

  1. You: Set up Listspace for me: listspace.app/connect
  2. AI: I can't add a connector myself, so here are the clicks. The address is https://mcp.listspace.app. 1. In Claude, open Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors. Click + Add, then Add custom connector. 2. Type Listspace as the name and paste the Listspace address in the address field. Click Continue. Claude shows how you will sign in. Leave everything as it is (Sign in now and Use Claude's published identity) and click Add. If Claude then shows a Connect button, click it. 3. A sign-in window opens. Click Sign in with your Listspace account and sign in. No account yet? During the invite-only beta you need an invite to sign up, so join the waitlist first. Then click Continue as with your name, and Allow. Listspace is now in your list of connectors in Claude.
  3. You: Done.
  4. New chat, with Listspace switched on under Connectors
  5. You: Set up Listspace for me: listspace.app/connect
  6. AI: Listspace is connected. Shall I make a board for what you are working on?
  7. You: Yes, for my recipe app.
  8. AI: Done: Recipe app is ready. I'll keep it up to date while we work.

Curious what your AI follows? It is all on listspace.app/connect. Rather click through it yourself? Follow the step-by-step setup, no technical words. New to this? Start with Claude, which works on the free plan. ChatGPT works with Plus or a higher plan, not with the free plan.

Other ways to connect

Agent access

Your AI does the work. You keep the controls.

Pick how much your AI may do on its own, for your whole account or per board. New accounts start at Act, the highest level on Free. Full comes with Pro. Agents never delete your items, lists, boards or files, and never change their own level.

  1. 1

Read only. Agents can read your boards and change nothing.

  2. 2

Suggest. Every change waits in the Inbox for you.

  3. 3

Capture. Agents add ideas, bugs and notes. Other changes wait in the Inbox.

  4. 4

Act (default). Agents add, edit and move items and lists. Ticking off and archiving wait in the Inbox.

  5. 5

Full. ProAgents also tick off and archive finished items. They never delete items, lists, boards, comments or files, and changes to items, lists and boards can be undone.

See exactly what agents can do

The Inbox

When a change needs your yes, it waits in the board's Inbox with the agent's reason. Accept it, send it to another list, or reject it with a note.

Who did what

Every item keeps its history, with the name of whoever made each change: you, Claude, or another agent.

Decisions

Your AI can't overrule what you decided.

Your AI can write a decision down and propose a change. Your AI can't confirm a decision on its own. You confirm it in Listspace, from your daily summary, or on your AI app's confirm screen.

Built on Constance, Yellow House Digital's model for AI memory you can trust.

Decisions are optional. Switch them off for one board in Board settings, or for new boards in Settings > Preferences.

  • Your AI works from what you confirmed

Not from whatever came up in a chat. At the start of every chat, your AI reads the confirmed decisions on the board.

  • Settled questions stay settled

Your AI can propose a change, but a confirmed decision stays as it is until you accept one. No more arguing the same point twice.

  • Conflicts, not silent changes

When two decisions disagree, you see both sides, and neither counts until you pick one. A replaced decision stays on the board, with who, when and why.

  • Still true?

When a decision has had no change for 180 days, Tidy up asks if it still holds. Keep it with one click, or withdraw it.

  • Outcomes teach your AI what worked

Add how a decision turned out: worked, mixed or didn't work. Your AI reads it with the decision.

  • Every AI follows the same decisions

Claude, ChatGPT and your other AI apps read the same confirmed decisions, so they all work from what you agreed.

How decisions work

For example: you build a website for a client. On a call you agree to move the launch from October 20 to November 3, because the new photos are not ready. You tell Claude, Claude writes the new date down, and you confirm it with one click. The October date stays on the board as Replaced, with the reason. A week later you ask ChatGPT to draft the launch email. It reads the board first, so it says November 3.

One board for all your AI apps

Not a second brain. A shared one.

Claude in the morning, ChatGPT at lunch, Cursor in the evening: all of them read and update the same board. Your project memory isn't locked into one AI company. Export the whole board as plain Markdown, any time.

Claude Code keeps our own project board up to date while we work: the ideas, the bugs, what is in progress and what shipped. See the live board.

  • ChatGPT

Plan the launch in ChatGPT. The plan lands on the board as items in Roadmap and To do.

  • Claude Code

Build in Claude Code. It reads the same board, picks up the next item and moves it to Done.

  • You

Open the board and see where things stand. Every change shows who made it.

FAQ

Questions

How Listspace compares with Trello, Jira, Notion and the memory built into ChatGPT and Claude.

What is project memory?

An AI app keeps its memory to itself: your other tools and agents never see it, and it can't tell what still holds. Project memory is a place outside the chat where the project lives: its ideas, bugs, to-dos, decisions and what is done. In Listspace that is a board. Your agents read it at the start of a chat and update it while you work, so the next chat picks up where the last one stopped.

Which agents work with Listspace?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor connect by signing in with your Listspace account. Other AI apps can connect with a personal token from Settings, and developers can use the API. Claude works on the free plan. ChatGPT works with Plus or a higher plan, not with the free plan.

Not working with AI agents?

No AI needed. Listspace is a board app on its own too. Make boards, lists and items yourself, and move items along as the work does. Connect an agent later, or never.

Is my data private?

Yes. Each board is private unless you invite a guest to it or share it through a read-only link. Your account and boards are stored on our server in the EU, and files in Cloudflare R2 in the EU. An agent only sees your boards after you connect it, and you can disconnect it at any time. How we keep your data safe is at listspace.app/trust.

Do you train AI on my data?

No. Listspace runs no AI models itself, never uses your data to train AI models and never sells it. Only the providers that run the service, listed in the privacy policy, process it for us. When you connect an agent such as Claude or ChatGPT, that agent reads what you allow under its own provider's terms, which Listspace has no control over.

What is agent access?

Agent access sets how much your AI may do on its own, for your account or per board. 1 Read only: agents change nothing. 2 Suggest: every change waits in the Inbox. 3 Capture: agents add ideas, bugs and notes, and other changes wait in the Inbox. 4 Act, the default and the highest level on Free: agents add, edit and move items and lists, and ticking off, archiving and moving to a Done list wait in the Inbox. 5 Full, with Pro: agents also tick off and archive finished items, and changes to items, lists and boards can be undone. No agent can delete your items, lists, boards, comments or files, or change its own level.

What are decisions?

A decision is an item that says what you agreed on, such as a price, a date or the scope of a project, and why. It starts as Proposed. Your AI can write a decision down, but it can't confirm one on its own. You confirm it in Listspace, from your daily summary, or on your AI app's confirm screen. At the start of every chat your AI reads the confirmed decisions, so every AI you use works from the same ones. When you change your mind, the old decision stays on the board as Replaced, and its History keeps your reason if you gave one. You can switch decisions off per board, in its Board settings.

Is it free?

Yes. Listspace is free to start, with no credit card. On Free your AI works up to level 4, Act. Pro, where your AI also ticks off and archives finished items, is €7.99 a month, or €6.99 a month paid yearly, VAT included. The first 100 paying customers get 50% off for as long as they keep Pro. You only pay if you choose Pro yourself. There is no AI fee: your AI runs on the plan you already pay for.

Can I see my due dates in Google Calendar or Outlook?

Yes, and in Apple Calendar. Settings has a private calendar link, for all your boards or one board, with all items that have a due date or only the important ones. Add it to your calendar once and it keeps itself up to date, with no Google or Microsoft sign-in. Done items stay, with a check mark. How to set it up is at listspace.app/help/calendar-feed.

How do I get access?

Listspace is invite-only while it is in beta. When the beta ends, it opens to everyone. Until then, join the waitlist. We invite people from the waitlist regularly. The waitlist is at listspace.app/waitlist. If you have an invite, sign up with the link in your invite email. People who already have an account sign in as usual.

How is this different from Trello?

Both use boards, lists and items. Listspace is made for your AI to read and keep up to date: it reads the whole board at the start of a chat, updates it while you work, and you decide per board how much it may do on its own. Every change shows who made it, you or which AI. You can import a Trello board from its JSON export.

How is this different from Obsidian?

Obsidian keeps your notes as plain files on your own devices, and it is excellent for private notes and personal knowledge. Listspace is for a shared project: one board that every AI you use reads and keeps up to date, also in a browser or on your phone. You decide per board how much your AI may change on its own, and decisions only count once a person confirms them. The two work well together, and the Obsidian import brings a project folder from your vault over in one go. Listspace vs Obsidian

Can I leave whenever I want?

Yes. Settings has an export of all your boards as Markdown, CSV or JSON if you want a copy. Deleting your account in Settings removes your boards, items and uploaded files for good.
